Recruitment, Applicants & New Members

If you'd like to apply, please make a new post in the Quick Stop forum (with your name and class as the subject )with the following information:

1. Character name/class/race/level

2. Class Talent focus (Main Spec)

3. Game/Raid experience?

4. Are you at least 18 years old?

5. Are you the ONLY person who has access to your account? If not, how many people have access to it? How often do they use your account/play your characters? (We ask due to the nature of our guild chat as well as the security of our guild bank.)

6. Does your account have an authenticator?

7. Play schedule

8. Do you use Ventrilo or are you willing to do so?

9. What add-ons do you use?

10. How did you hear about Dogma?

11. Why are you interested in joining Dogma?

13. Tell us a bit about yourself! Some RL information would be helpful. Age, gender, employment, (housewife, student, lawyer, dirt merchant, etc) play schedule and experience with WoW or other MMORPGs.

All applications will be considered by the officers before sending a guild invite. Once invited, each new member will have a 2 week trial to make sure the guild is a good fit and vice versa.

We require all potential members to group with Dogma members as often as possible before sending a guild invite as well as during the two week probationary trial.

At the end of the two week trial period, Dogma members will take a vote to determine whether or not the trial member will become a permanent member.

Note: Character Names
Since we are on a RP realm, we do require that all members of Dogma have character names that adhere to the naming policy. Even if you do not intend to RP, we do encourage RP and respect to the RP community of our realm.

Note: Server Transfers
Those interested in joining Dogma who may be transferring from another server, feel free to roll up a new character on our realm to talk with any of our leadership. We understand that server transfers cost money, so we don't want you to make a decision that you'll be unhappy about later. We want to ensure a good fit for all involved.

This information could change periodically, so please be sure to check back if you plan on applying and joining in on the madness.

Please Note:

If you are absent for an extended period of time and haven't left word on these boards or with one of the officers in game, you will be kicked from the guild. Please understand that this is for the security of the guild bank as well as the comfort of our active guild members.

At this time, members who have been inactive(have not logged into any of their guilded characters) for a minimum of two months will be removed from the guild.

You can always contact us upon your return to WoW to be considered for re-admission.
